Gayle and Philip Neuman
Music in Small Spaces brings an intimate chamber music experience to small concert halls outside Portland, Oregon at an affordable price.
We have engaged artists who are the crème de la crème from the Pacific Northwest. They will not only perform music but will also share their knowledge of music, composers and their milieu with you, from the stage.
The 2012 Season will present Ensemble De Organographia, consisting of Gayle and Philip Neuman, assisted by Cindy Markham.
Also look for A Flamenco! presentation scheduled for November, 2012, in future web updates.
Both concerts will be conducted in the Beaverton Library Auditorium, a 150 seat hall, fully accessible, on the building’s lower level. There are large free parking lots east and west of the Library.
We have included extensive program notes here for you to read or download as you wish. Artist and composer biographies, bibliographies for further reading (or watching!) and discographies for further listening are also included. The materials have been compiled with the assistance of the artists.
